If I could do zero I would. First the office kept getting billing and insurance incorrect. Then the doctors put my son on a black label drug and didn’t inform us of that. We had to find that out by our specialist. The last incident was here recently, the manger decided to get in my face and pointing and putting papers in my face. No one in the office stepped up to help or remove her away as I was sitting in the chair. This office is very unprofessional.
I would like to take the time out and say how wonderful the staff is . I’ve been going there for about a year and this staff is outstanding . If I could give them a 10/10 I would . From the Doctor to the PA, the NP, MA’s. manager and front desk they are AMAZING . They don’t just care for the patients but for the parents as well . If you are looking for a pediatric office I highly recommend . Quick service and very professional !
I can’t say enough good things about this pediatric office! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was kind, welcoming, and super efficient check-in was quick and easy. We didn’t have to wait long at all, which is a lifesaver with little ones. The medical assistants were so friendly and made my child feel totally comfortable.
