If you’re looking for long waits, little interest, and a doctor who seems ready to leave before they even walk in—this is the place for you! 😊 My 2-year-old had a 3:30 appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor until 4:30, just for them to come in, barely interact with her, say they’d send antibiotics, and be on their way. Love Steven Np and the staff is always friendly, two stars off though because there is no reason a doctors office should be 75-78° in the waiting area. Requested they turned on the small portable unit they have, twice, yet it’s still not on.
Just moved to the area when our kids got sick. I saw they had a walk in clinic from 8-9. They told us since we havent been there we couldn't do a walk in and told us to go to urgent care. Urgent care wont see our baby because shes too young and theyre not a pediatrician. The urgent care saw our son and the meds they gave us didnt help. They turned down a really sick infant baby. Definitely wont be choosing this place as our new pediatrician and wont recommend them to anyone else.
