4 appointments and they were VERY late or they no-showed. Never even so much as a phone call to let me know. I fired them earlier this week only to have them call me and ask for yet another chance. Guess what? They no showed again! Why they think it is okay to waste my time this way is beyond me. AWFUL!!
I RATE A 5 STAR BECAUSE WE ARE A VERY WELL TRAINED COMPANY, WE WILL WORK WITH OUR CLIENTS AND ATTENDANDS, WE FIND A PROVIDER FOR CLIENTS ASAP WE ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AND WERE THERE 24-7.. AS A OFFICE MANAGER FOR THE COMPANY WE ALWAYS MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES. WE ARE AN AMAZING TEAM HERE AT BEST CARE AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK HARD TO KEEP OUR PEOPLE HAPPY.
