Unprofessional and very late! Receptionist just chatting.
Weird to say the least. Despite appnt made to wait. Dr John I felt had an overinflated opinion of himself, Dr knows best attitude prevailed. A good medico no doubt but reception was tricky. We didn't get along if I can put it this way.
