I do not reccomend this vet for anyone’s pets . They are very difficult to work. While my husband and I are in japan, the vet make of very hard to get my dogs trifexis to her, through my in laws. The vet refused to slow the pill to go through pet smart, in another state, because he would not receive the profit . The vet was aware of the situation and that we would need this pill to be sent another route while we were gone, and when the time came, he mad it very difficult . Do not reccomend. Dr. Jiménez treated my dog during his last months of his life. He went the extra mile to make sure my Willy had the best care possible given his difficult conditions. Even during the most difficult moment, he was always caring for my dog. A special word to one of his technicians, Tato. He is a loving human being. Thank you doctor Jimenez. Best vet and techs EVER. Jimmy and Cody are rock stars! They love my dogs as much as I do. And Dr. J will NEVER try to sell you what you don’t need. They present all options and WE decide how to proceed. I love that! His prices are more than reasonable, too. I highly suggest the PMP- “insurance” type plan. It takes the financial worries out of caring for your pets! It’s hot in the office and sometimes the wait is long BUT it doesn’t matter to me a bit because I’ve been HAD by bad vets before. No worries here- EVER.
