Wasn’t very busy, but they were done in 10 minutes and it showed. Not impressed had to ask to wipe interior windows again and car was still full of droplets in places. One side was vacuumed well the other wasn’t. Dash wasn’t completely wiped. Tires looked great, they did come walk around with me and fix these things. I was nervous bringing my 2500HD Chevy Silverado in...and it turns out my gut was right! I paid for the ultimate wash, $2.00 extra for a larger vehicle and for starters they didn't even wash the whole truck the first time I had to ask the owner to put it through a second time wait an extra half an hour to get what I paid for and then they didn't even vacuumed the whole interior there were still dog hair all over my seats they didn't get under the seats and the windows were s*** and not only that but they broke my door handle... read more
My experience would have been much better if the person wiping the car would have used different towels for the glass than for the body. My glass was dirtier after the wash than it was before I went in. Disappointing.
