Called 45 minutes before I had to be somewhere no one showed I called back and they said someone would be right there still waiting 15 minutes later
Had a ride scheduled for 2:30 because i have to b at work by 3. I call at 2:45 and am told it will only be 10-15 more mins. Here it is 30 mins after im supposed to b at work and no cab. My job does not deal with tardiness that's why I called to schedule a ride early!
No ETA given upon request. Been waiting 2 hours.. No call update, and no ride yet...frustration grows.
I been waiting for 2 hours. Best cab not the best.
Waited over an hour for a cab today only to have you show up and tell me you couldn't give me a ride. Smh
Pretty much the best cab company in Salina, won't use anyone else!
