Rather than help someone with a medical condition out get a ride they refused service and state mandates for not being able to wear a mask nor were the able to provide one for their customers

Should be called Worst Cab. They are awful.
I called best cab at 2pm the driver had an estimated time of 20 minutes. it is now after 4 pm I've been waiting for over 2 hours and dispatchers assure that they're almost there? i just worked 8 hours and im still here waiting. i just want to se my family very poor service
RecommendedNice people and they show up. Sometimes they are busy so i have to wait a bit but they always show up.
Made my daughter that is stranded 1400 miles from home miss her bus. Uber would have been cheaper if it was an option. Night dispatch.... Guessing uneducated. But that's me being judgy and a pissed off mom. BBB complaint to follow.
Got the rudest dispatcher!! This blonde scrawny druggie looking one has the nerve to raise her damn stupid voice at me cause I ask where the hell the cab was !! I hung up on her damn ass cause she is lucky if I was in the cab with her she get her ass handed to her ! Might happen !
Fred is the best can driver ever! We were in from out of town and had the best can rides ever with Fred!
