The name says it all, Best Buy Shutters. We got three quotes for shutters and this company was far and away the least expensive. The quality is absolutely comparable to the other two. Plus, the shutters are made right here in their factory in Las Vegas. The other quotes I got were for shutters that would be made overseas, in China (which I didn't know right away until I started asking questions and probing deeper; the other two vendors didn't disclose that fact up front), with an 8 to 12 week lead time versus about two and a... read more

Hi. Love my shutters. Purchased in 2018. However, One of the clips broke on one section of the shutter. I was told that they no longer carry the clip. My shutters are covered under a Life Time Warranty. The gal I spoke with said that they have been looking for the clip for over a year. I would like Best Buy Shutters to honor their Lifetime Warranty.
From initial visit with Marcel through the installation of our shutters, we were satisfied. To start my initial call was promptly responded to and an I-house estimate was provided by Marcel. At no point did this local business forget to allow us the opportunity to address all questions and concerns. The warranty was fair and reasonable in the that the time element was for the duration of ownership. We made a couple of changes after the estimate that were quickly recalculated. I ordered the Shutters for the whole house on 4/3/2023 and was installed on 5/3/2003. I noticed that some of the shutters have holes on the side as if they made a mistake and the shutters on the sliding door was crooked . I called them and left 5-6 messages but nobody called me back, I tried again and was able to talk to Lynn and told her I need someone to look at the Shutters and scheduled me for Tuesday, 6/13 with Ray. The shutters were ready in the time frame as promised . I went ahead and removed all the old blinds and hardware before they arrived though they said they would've done it no problem , so with that done install was very fast for 8 windows and one blind . The installers did a great job and were courteous . I recommend them.
