they schedule an appointment, you arrive early, they check with you 15min after your appt, just to tell you they are not going to check whats wrong with the item even if you have warranty
Great service there
Best Buy destroyed my home delivering a refrigerator. Now 6 months later I still have not been compensated. The manager “acted” like he would help but did nothing. Just know that if Best Buy damages your home which most likely they will because they outsource to the cheapest delivery companies they find they will absolutely do nothing to fix it. This store is zero help!!! If you call the local number all you get is a chat bot. The phone service is absolutely terrible!!!! No human who actually works at the store can answer the phone apparently. They advertise items in stock but then don’t have them available. I was going to make a large electronic purchase. Now I will be taking my business to someone who actually cares about the customer.
