My husband and I recently had fresh gravel applied to our driveway. The driver, Jim, was incredibly careful and meticulous about applying it correctly, leveling it out as much as possible as he went along. We over-estimated the amount needed and Best Buy refunded us back the excess. We are very happy with the service and will return to this company whenever we need more landscaping supplies.
The driver arrived and refused to dump the load because he would get his truck dirty and have to wash it. Then he refused due to the possibility of getting stuck. When we finally agreed to a place to dump, he sprang on ne a waiver i had to sign saying if the truck got stuck i was responsible for time loss and towing fees. The manager called and apologised but saith this is standard practice. I have had 4 dump trucks with 15 tons of rock each deliver with none of these waivers or conditions. I will not do busness here again.
Nothing but great experiance here! I had great customer servis! Mark was very helpful and nice. Showed me everything I was looking for and I didn't have a problem. The product was great and my final project turned out amazing thanks to these guys! So thanks again Mark and staff for such great help and great supply!
We recently finished a landscape renovation on our property and needed to complete it with barkdust. After shopping around Best Buy seemed to have the most competitive rates. We had four units of barkdust blown on a slope that was full of vegetation that had recently been planted. Best Buy just delivered a large order for us, they called, as promised, to let us know they were on the way, double checked on where to leave the product and did a fabulous job. Excellent price, good communication, job well done!! We have used them numerous times over the years, and have always been happy with them. .
Great prices and materials I'm really glad I stumbled upon Best Buy in Town when I was planning on doing a project for my yard. Really good prices which helped so I could buy more plants and good quality materials. I've used them a few times and the quality remains very good.
