This place has fallen apart. I ordered from them over 10 years ago and had a nice experience. I recommended family and friends throughout the years and little by little the feedback was all on the negative side. Do not recommend. I purchased a $1,300 mattress that arrived vacuum-sealed in a box. I opened it as required, but I never used it. When I contacted the company to return it or even exchange it for a different mattress, I was told they wouldn't accept it simply because it had been opened. That policy makes no sense. There's no way to know if a mattress is right for you without opening it. I expected much better customer service, especially since I was willing to exchange it rather than just return it.
