Really happy I found Best Buy Forklift. Mike went out of his way to be sure I received the best price for my pallet jack, even as compared to big online retailers. He provided really great advice over the phone to be sure I received exactly what I needed. I suggest you call Mike before making a mistake and having to pay return shipping or restocking fees with another big box type company. Make an educated purchase with a person who cares about you. Dealing with Mike has been great, he was able to get us everything we needed for our shop in a timely manner. There's another place in Simi Valley that is an absolute disaster and the owner is extremely rude. I'm so happy to have found these guys. Made my life so much easier. All the pallet racks we needed, painted how we want, and they offer delivery. Can't get much better than that.
