I called upon the services of Best Buy Forklift for a recent warehouse rack purchase and installation. Mike was very personable and easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure that all my needs were met. I highly recommend this company.
We needed a straddler lift and Mike came through with it quickly, and provided good before and after support. If you need a lift or pallet stacker, he's a good guy to go to.
I didn't need a traditional fork lift but I needed something to help my warehouse guy lift heavy ac units on and off our trucks. Mike found me something perfect within 30 minutes while he was out with his family. I had the new pallet jack in a few days. Easy payment easy delivery. Thank you Best Buy Forklift!
Dealing with Mike has been great, he was able to get us everything we needed for our shop in a timely manner. There's another place in Simi Valley that is an absolute disaster and the owner is extremely rude. I'm so happy to have found these guys. Made my life so much easier. All the pallet racks we needed, painted how we want, and they offer delivery. Can't get much better than that.
We worked with Mike on getting a Straddle Stacker for our Warehouse. He helped us find the best product for our needs. He was responsive, and called me with updates on the day of delivery. Good service.
