If I could give them a 0 I would! DO NOT USE BEST BUY FOOORING!! This company is the WORST flooring company ever! Do not get your floors done by them. We went to them prior to having a baby in order to change our carpets to laminate flooring. At first they seemed great, we worked out a deal and set a date to start. Then the start date came around and they showed up late. we were told 3-5 days to complete the job. Extremely professional, from start to finish. Best Flooring Center did an amazing job on the flooring with wood and carpet. The result, they completed was fantastic and was done at a competitive price. We really appreciate the service we received from them and would love to recommend them to my friends and relatives.
All these fake 5-star reviews need to be taken with a huge grain of salt. These guys are SCAMMERS! Look at the bad (authentic) reviews on Yelp and elsewhere and save yourself a lot of time and headache. They will offer you a so-called "deal" of $2.99 sq/ft (installed) but in reality you will end up paying OVER DOUBLE that price.
