If I could give them a 0 I would! DO NOT USE BEST BUY FOOORING!! This company is the WORST flooring company ever! Do not get your floors done by them. We went to them prior to having a baby in order to change our carpets to laminate flooring. At first they seemed great, we worked out a deal and set a date to start. Then the start date came around and they showed up late. we were told 3-5 days to complete the job. Dez and Jesse are great! Easy to work with and did a great job redoing our floors through our entire house. I was really surprised how quickly and efficiently they worked. It tuned out better than i could imagine.
They would tell you they can beat competitor price by 5%. But they won’t find all the reason to tell you that your quote from others is different quality and all. It’s the same stuff and they charge way more. Not recommend them at all especially when they give you all the promises that they can even make it. Not a very nice business practice at all.
