Great customer service. Employees are knowledgeable about the products.
I have been to this store repeatedly. Now I am asking myself why I keep going back. Sure the cashiers are friendly. But, the Geek Squad has had my computer for a month. I was supposed to have it back no later than Sept. 21st. It is now the 30th and the part that expected on the 28th still hasn't even been shipped, let alone recieved.
