Casey, the 2nd line manager went beyond call of duty to help me set up my new tablet, while Geek Squad failed me bad, asked me to leave, because of my behavior and threatened to cancel my membership. Now Geek Squad did not cancel my membership, but refuse to provide me service at this location. Hence, I will give 1 star. Although Casey deserves all the stars. It all happened because of the tech support lack of knowledge and I am being punished after, at age 80, I had to drive 3 times to get the service at last.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. Huge shoutout to my guy Adrian! From the moment I walked in, he took the time to thoroughly explain all of my financial options instead of rushing me into a decision. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to make sure I chose what was best for me. He was also incredibly respectful and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
