We were totally ignored. It's a shame because this was the second store today that ignored us and lost a sale.
I have been trying to get Lowes for 2 weeks to come out and measure two rooms for carpet. I was told by a wonderful contractor to call Best Buy Flooring. I called on Thursday and today (Saturday) they are finishing up installing my carpet. Toby, the owner, and Rick were absolutely fabulous to work with and Raymond who came out to install was so professional and pleasant. I will NEVER deal with another company but Best Buy Flooring. Best people in the world to work with. Great service, great products and help with the hubby when he is leaning no so toward what I wanted.
The crew that did my ceramic flooring left messes, razor blades, grout on my new carpet/walls and ruined my sons rug. They made a horrible unprofessional tile cut in a bathroom and said it couldn't be fixed . The crew that did my laminate and carpet was great but if they do a crapy job don't expect them to compensate you for their screw ups!
