I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the experience I had at this store. From the moment I walked in, I was stared at in a very uncomfortable and intimidating manner by the female owner, who appeared to be of Asian descent (possibly Chinese or Filipino). Cashier in the store by the name of Huang is horribly rude, as always. Asked about a product and she was very condescending. After informing her that she was being a bit rude and that I wanted the owner’s name. She refused to give me the name and just kept stating, “Oh well.”

I usually like visiting this store every time I’m in Jackson. I had something to take care of while here in Jackson which was across town. I made it to the store 10 minutes before closing at 5. I know everybody is ready to go when that clock hit, But 10 minutes is 10 minutes. I only needed 2 items. So, jumping out of the truck just to find the doors were locked already. Shocked! The 2 guys standing at the counter seen me and turned their backs on me. Kind of funny, but disappointing.

They have a good selection but the owner was super rude. Nasty attitudes aren’t a good impression especially when you’re a business owner. When they get a better attitude- I’ll be happy to spread a positive word. It’s crazy how I still spent my money in the store. The cashier was super nice- but like I said the owner was the issue. Have a blessed day <3
