Worst experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. I will never be back!!! The owner, Kim Jones Bing, was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had dealings with. She spoke to me in a very disrespectful way and talked down to me as a person. She was very argumentative even when I tried to stop her and explained I did not want to argue or get ugly. RecommendedI highly recommend Best Buy Automotive. They fixed my daughters SUV and she’s been on the road since from Dothan to Memphis! They got me right when I purchased a le’Mon (lol)! They fixed everything that needed to get me back on the road again!
Do a thorouh inspection of customers car before returning it to them. Very unprofessional and lazy attitudes at this business. This is how my car was given to me. Then the guy who checked me out had the nerve to tell me they only worked on outside of car! I guess that's the automatic protect business line. Battery wasnt secure, I had to go in and ask someone to put in back properly..integrity and professionalism below standard.

By stop practicing fraudulent behavior
This shop is outstanding! I had an issue driving down the interstate and needed help. I made the call to Best Buy and within 5 minutes a tow truck was on site. The repair work was completed in less than 24 hours. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. My thanks to the professional staff at Best Buy Automotive!

DO NOT do business with these crooks, Best Buy Tire and Auto they charged me for parts they didn't replace and because of their terrible work more damage was done to my engine. My normal mechanic went with proof and pictures and parts and they refused to replace the parts,that they said were new and were NOT, or make any adjustments to the charges. 12 months, 12k miles warranty is BS.
