I recently had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy's automotive equipment. The products I purchased were of poor quality and did not meet my expectations. The installation service was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping with my concerns. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money and time. I would not recommend Best Buy for any automotive needs.

I drove from Arizona to California to pick up a lift from Best Buy auto equipment. No where does it state that they stop loading customers well before 3pm. We arrived at 2:30. Went in and talked to the operation manager at the front explaining we had just drove 6 hours and we were going to drive another 6 hours straight back. He then stated that “oh well your 30 minutes too late” (ZERO COMPASSION) and said we don’t load up past 2pm…. This is not stated on their website anywhere! I recently had a disappointing experience with Best Buy Automotive Equipment. The customer service was lacking; I felt ignored while waiting for assistance. When I finally received help, the staff seemed uninformed about the products and couldn't answer my questions. Additionally, the equipment I purchased arrived damaged and took forever to get a replacement. Overall, I was really dissatisfied with the quality and service, and I wouldn't recommend them for automotive equipment.
