Awful service. Worst customer service ever. Equipment was missing one of the key components and than refused to ship it overnight. More than 20 phone calls and dozens emails to nowhere. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM ! I lost thousands of dollars because of them. UPDATE. I really regret that I contacted this company. I paid the full amount, the service was not provided in full, namely, due to my own fault, the equipment was not fully equipped. To solve this problem, they refused to send the missing parts at their own expense. To quickly resolve the problem, they systematically delayed the deadline, refused to send the part by express delivery, and demanded money for it, although it was their fault. This is a reputable company. I placed an online order on Black Friday for a QuickJack lift. The manufacturer was going to dropship it, but they kept failing to release the product. The team at Best Buy Automotive Equipment responded to each of my emails within a day. When I asked that they cancel the order, since I didn't want to wait for QuickJack to figure out their manufacturing delays/issues, the refund was promptly processed. They refused to fulfill my order unless I provided them with "utility bill, statement, license cert or lease agreement" That's none of their business. Bad company, probably selling customer info. Would not and will buy from them in the future. EDIT: The billing address used was my shipping address, they're liars as well. Even my invoice showed the billing and shipping as the same address.
