I would not buy from this company or trust them called and emailed them about tire machine and balancer was told they had several of the ones I was looking at in stock placed order was billed right away then get email next day stating items out of stock and a eta of December they knew this and still billed me anyways

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Best Buy's automotive equipment. The products I purchased were of poor quality and did not meet my expectations. The installation service was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping with my concerns. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money and time. I would not recommend Best Buy for any automotive needs.

I drove from Arizona to California to pick up a lift from Best Buy auto equipment. No where does it state that they stop loading customers well before 3pm. We arrived at 2:30. Went in and talked to the operation manager at the front explaining we had just drove 6 hours and we were going to drive another 6 hours straight back. He then stated that “oh well your 30 minutes too late” (ZERO COMPASSION) and said we don’t load up past 2pm…. This is not stated on their website anywhere!
