I'm doing this review for Diane cheer. (here is her Experience) First of all, it is not acceptable that when you call on the phone trying to reach a specific store, that you get connected to what is probably someone in India. They hem and haw and waste your time, trying to get your email, etc. and claiming they will reserve what you want at the store for you. We found out that none of this is necessary.
