Your phone answering service is absolutely unacceptable. I called just trying to find out if a product was in the store. The AI bot only wanted me to buy it online, and hung up on me three times before I figured out the right prompt to get a live agent, and then they weren't even in the store to verify whether the product was on the shelf! The bot belongs in a scrapyard, the call center is less than useless, and anyone that decided that system was a good idea is a complete dipstick.
