Great experience
Had a problem with an item ordered in the store to be sent to my home that never arrived. They took care of it at the store although I had to wait for the refund as it had to clear their main office first. I did not have to return to the store. And I was informed of the refunds approval via email
This review is specifically for the Geek Squad! Was having issues with my IPhone so apple care scheduled me an appointment with them. What a waste of my time. I’m actually shocked that Apple would even use them. They didn’t do anything just basically said we can’t help you. Is this really how Apple backs there products. Perhaps it’s time to go back to an android because the iPhone 16 is a piece of crap.
