My wife and I were nicely treated by a young lady.After that everything went downhill. We asked for help in appliances and the person that came over acted like we could care less. We told him we saw an inexpensive dryer online to replace one for our tenants that broke. Started to walk away mumbling something. After I told him I couldn't remember the make and model. The salesperson was very rude and demeaning to me!
Two out of three people that work there had no idea what their store had. And they weren't very knowledgeable at all
The exact opposite of Whitehall & most best buy locations. EVERY WORKER was friendly and truly wanted to help. This should be the test store for best buy to train ALL its workers!
