great place – Both representatives DJ and Mike were very helpful and honest. Buying an electronic device is almost like buying a car these days. We needed specific information and given it without any pushing or coercing. They don't make any commission on any of the products so that was a plus for us. Dell Computers Sold at Best Buy are Ineligible for Dell Service! They Won't Tell You That When You Buy, Either – I bought a Dell laptop at Best Buy. I assumed that, with my Dell computer, I would be eligible for Dell service, which I have liked in the past. I ordered the last season of The Sopranos for my dads b-day. Not only did I get an awsome deal ($38.18 including shipping ~ reg $100 + shipping) but my dad received it within a couple of days w/out paying extra on shipping! I did this online and was very pleased!

It's an ok store... I like this store for the fact it has alot to choose from and pretty good prices. The staff is not overly helpful but I dont really care about that since I know the store pretty well.There is lots of parking so no worries! No help from staff Extremely hard to get any help at this store. We have had horrible service with all the department in the store. I guess they want to see your money on the counter before they will assist you. I decided to just go to another store and spend my money, where I could get some help.
