Was sold an Iphone on July 2. The sales assoc. talked me into getting the "best buy insurance because it was better than Verizon's insurance" Not only was I not told that this insurance did not cover a stolen phone I'm paying 15$ a month for half of what Verizon would have covered. So needless to say, my Iphone was stolen on vacation and there was nothing best buy could do except sell me another Iphone at full price. Good job Best Buy.
