Scheduled an appointment to replace my iPhone battery almost a week in advance. They wait until leas than 2 hours til my appointment to say they don’t have the part, and it’ll take 2-5 days to order only if I allow them to hold on to my phone the entire time it is shipping. I’ve purchased many things from best buy, including a 75” tv just last month. I won’t be continuing to. (Thankfully I didn’t purchase the geek squad extended warranty since this is how they treat customers it’s likely a complete scam)
Hard to get help but then the guy was great. They don't open until 10am which is crazy for tech urgency in work day
