I will never again trust what Best Buy representatives tell me. In August 2024, I purchased a MacBook Pro for my daughter just before she started her freshman year of college. I went to the store to purchase an item, and there were three employees standing together having a conversation. I approached them, showed them what I needed, and asked for assistance.
