Took my money a month ago, lied about when the product would be delivered. Way to be a Piece of Human garbage. Never ever again.
I have been waiting 8 1/2 hours for my curbside pick up order. I ordered an Apple Watch at 11 am and it is currently 7:30 pm. They are obviously only concerned about money. Their customer service is nearly nonexistent. Can’t call them can’t email them. I would just cancel my order and go somewhere else but they took the money out of my account at 11:30 am and I’m worried I won’t get it back in time for Black Friday sales. RecommendedHad to purchase a Ethernet cable during Cornavirus. Kudos to the Boise store for being so efficient. Ordered it on line and was given instructions on phone, got there and they came right out and checked drivers license, put item in trunk and we left.
RecommendedWe purchased a washer and didn't like it at all. Best Buy exchanged and delivered a new (different) one!! We will be purchasing all our appliances from Best Buy in the future! Amazing experience!
RecommendedIf you need appliances THIS IS WHERE YOU MUST GO! Talk to Terry, he is phenomenal!! I never write reviews, but I had to give him a shout out. He not only price matched Lowe’s price (including the military discount) he also went out of his way to fix a situation, so we weren’t without a fridge in our new home for a month. Shame on Best Buy they set store sale signs obviously not out of place with help of customer full row of sale products they made error and would not honor price.
