They threw out my kids laptop because I didn't pick it up within 90 days. Unreal! And I paid for a protection plan from these guys.....I just didn't know I had to protect myself from them. What a bunch of wolves!
I think that the geek squad team is wonderful and helpful. The sales associates are friendly and knowledgeable of the products. Overall good experience.
