The phone system sucks. I tried calling to reschedule my appointment for installation and sat on hold for over 20 minutes. It's a shame. I used to work for best buy and it was never this bad.

If there was a number out there that got me to an actual person that would be amazing! I have called multiple times and sat on hold for over 10 minutes every time just waiting for someone to answer my call. Your customer service is horrible!!!
Don’t purchase a warranty! It’s False Advertisement! If you ever need a replacement you have to pay for a new warranty for your replacement even if the initial warranty you paid for isn’t up yet! So disappointed!
Horrible service purchased a remote start for my Daughter on 12/29/2017 was told the earliest they could installed it was 1/31/2018 it sucked but its Christmas there busy. So i worked it out to dropped the car off on 1/30/2018 the night before .I then get a call the next day and was told we can do your install today the tech is out sick ( no big deal people get sick) but when they tell me the earliest we can reschedule your appointment is 2/21/2018.
