Just spent 20 minutes looking at laptops and not one of the dozen employees talking to each other had time to wait on me. So much for the poster when you walk in of the employees who rock. So why are online stores winning the sale. Don't mind paying more if you help me.
I waited for this store to open because they were the ONLY store according to online that stated they had the rose gold beats headphones in stock. To my surprise their system also showed them having them but none of the employees could find them. VERY DISAPPOINTED that their only solution was I was told I could drive to Durham...they didn't even bother to call to make sure they had them because obviously their system could be wrong also...VERY DISSATISFIED LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!
