The staff was really rude and one of the sales girl had an attitude, so we turned back and spend our money elsewhere.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Not only where they rude and Inconsiderate, but unhelpful. After turning us away from our elected shop time, we had to reschedule; which is not my complaint. To then come in to see almost TVs on the wall, and the ones that were, were not even on. And instead of asking further questions to see what exactly we wanted and what our price range was, we were met with an completely sarcastic remark as if to belittle our knowledge...that’s what we are coming into the store for. In the past I have gotten excellent service from Best Buy and used them to get all my appliances and appliances I gift to others -a substantial amount. That’s about to change. Today they have truly pissed me off with double talk about the terms of their service agreement and then told me that a type of service agreement I have didn’t exist until eureka I proved it did and then oh that was a different type of service agreement. New laptop, broke twice and Geek Squad tries to tell me that it will cost $200 to fix it! It's 1.5 years old! Talked to manager and it was like talking to a robot; zero customer service and zero help. This is exactly why big box stores need to go away, Got a local guy to fix it for next to nothing, Best Buy, you will never get business from me again.

Louse customer service. I have waited on-hold for 30+ minutes just to speak with someone in the delivery department. Go somewhere else where they appreciate customers and take service seriously.

Spent 35 freaking minutes trying to buy a laptop that was on sale only to be told "Oh, I'm sorry, that was only a special "Doorbuster" price that was last night only and was unable to honor THE PRICE THAT WAS STILL POSTED!!....You still have the pricetag up, so either honor the price or change the damn tag!!
