Tried to order online for pickup at store. Went through the entire process only to be told that I needed to register to get one FREE service. So I registered, ended up getting an email stating that I had 2 orders ready and check my credit card and found that I had also been charged twice! Tried for over 45 minutes to get a live person on the phone in Johnson City,TN. Finally called the toll free number! They had to end up cancelling the first two orders and doing a reorder.
