Placed an online order. Showed up to pick it up after receiving texts that it was ready...they gave my order to someone else and refused to do anything to correct the situation despite me having all necessary credentials. 🙄 had to call corporate to get a refund and went to Walmart to get the cables I ordered. Way to go Best Buy. Amazon and Walmart from now on.
I had someone try to hack my account online and I do not have an online account. I bought a computer at the Kingsport store in 2012. I used the GEEK squad for 3 yrs. and cancelled it. I just spent 2 hours being transferred from person to person with various accents trying to speak to a Security Department online. There is not one. There is no online protection for your private information. RECCOMEND THEM? YOU MUST BE OUT OF YOUR MIND!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have someone on hand who knows his job when an appointment is made. The guy today kept saying he didn't know what to do!
We purchased Apple Airpods for my son for Christmas. When he opened the package Christmas morning, they had earwax caked on them. Absolutely ridiculous! So disappointed.
Would be nice to browse your store without being harassed every 3 minutes by the same or different employee. I know they are just doing their job, but it makes me never wanna step foot in a Best Buy again, and it’s a policy that needs to change. I’d rather pay more and shop elsewhere than feel aggravated and irritated while looking around, and I usually do. 🙄
Professionalism and good choice of products
Had to wait a few minutes for someone to be able to help as they were short handed. Three young man who eventually helped me was very helpful and was able to order everything I need for my new radio.
I’ve gone to this Best Buy for a lot of products, and I’ve always been given the utmost customer service! If you need anything in electrics ask for Andrew! He’s phenomenal!
Jc City store. Supervisor will not talk to you. Hides behind their salespeople! Missed delivery date after 2 months of waiting! Then wants you to wait another 3 weeks for a Saturday appointment. Very poor customer service. Will probably cancel my order!
