Wow... I should've read the reviews before going to this Best Buy.. I would not buy anything at Best Buy in Midwest City will not buy LG brand anything have family w refrigerator bought at this store. Went out 5 months ago used their recommended repairman. He has been out 6 times , 2 compressors often a no show for appointments. She is a single mother and full time employee out $475 dollars still not fixed and that POS repairman still getting referrals. Our family will not buy anything LG they do not have higher management involvement in US. LG stands for lousy goods
I called these jokers on the phone to check if they had the item I wanted. After 10 minutes of telling a robot I need to speak with a human I finally reach an employee who tells me they do indeed have the item. I drive up and sure enough they don't have it and refuse to price match a suitable substitute to the original price advertised on the website. If this is how y'all do business you can kiss mine goodbye.
Everyone in there knee their products even the geek squad ppl there is hope lol
