They are an authorized Apple repair location so made an appointment and went in. The tech says we can’t fix it you just need to file a repair request through Apple yourself... Umm even my appointment says Apple repair drop off. I think he just didn’t want to do his job. I was trying to get repair expedited since it’s my daughter’s beats head phones. Just want everyone to know unless its the most simplistic iPhone repair they can’t and won’t help you

I tried several times to get through to them on the phone and all I got was a robot telling me to punch in a certain number to get to the recycle department to see if they take an old CRT television. According to another website they do accept the CRT's. But getting through to a live person is impossible and I live 20 miles away and am not going to make a trip into town to find out. So, I do not recommend Best Buy if they can't even answer a phone!

Purchased a $600 Arlo camera set at Best Buy In Midwest city and my cameras recording the unboxing and I was greeted with toilet paper and vegetable cans. Immediately went up to customer service, was very unprofessional accusing me of stealing from them reducing me to a crack head. Until I seen a employee who recognized me and honestly tried to see what happened and all of a sudden it seems like I was just left in the dark. I contacted corporate and started a investigation. So I go to purchase a Nintendo Switch and the representative handing it off the shelf tells me that I will get a $25 gift card with the purchase of it today. I check out and rep tells me that deal ended yesterday - I finish purchase and go to check ad & GM comes up and tells me that was a deal that ended yesterday - all in all that’s fine but it is about the attitude I felt I got from the store - like I was bothering them about a deal I didn’t even knew existed until their rep told me this - no apology nothing but a statemen... read more
DO NOT make any appointments with the car audio/alarm department. Made my appointment 2 weeks ago. Called today to verify the installer was there. They confirmed he was. I drove all the way up there to pay for the equipment to find out that he doesn't work there and now they want me to wait another week and drive an hour from my house to have it done!!
Excellent customer service, despite a super busy Labor Day weekend sale. The large appliance prices are always super low, and Geek Squad can’t be beat. Why would you go anywhere else?
