Terrible customer service.
Called twice and twice waited fifteen minutes just to have no one answer. Second time someone hung up.
it took me two calls to get what info i needed i had to wait 10 to 15mins horrible service
first off they dont want to come near you ask you if you need any assistance, second its too noisy at time with the car audio, third there totally dont know how to treat there customers with respect, I would recommend going to the clovis store even though its bit tad smaller they have excellent customer service.
Very competitive pricing on almost everything tech, electronic, appliance, CD or DVD you could hope for. But - and this is a big but - customer service, at least in the Fresno area, is in the cellar. Be prepared when you go in and do your homework because you will encounter sales associates with liitle knowledge and you will often be simply ignored by the staff. The newest commercials are emphasizing the customer service aspect of Best Buy. Let's hope they mean it.
When first entering Best Buy, I'm always greeted in a friendly fashion. The different departments are labeled in a way that is easy to find them. Their prices are very competitive but the service is what I look for and I have found the service at Best Buy is excellent!
