terrible service, their employees are mad at the world and dont care if they sell anything or not. worst store ever. its been a week and still waiting for an intra-store delivery!?? ABSOLUTELY NEVER USE GEEKSQUAD SERVICES HERE I took my PC in to geeksquad for a failure to power ISSUE. and it was an absolute nightmare. In the couple weeks I've spent dealing with their lack of competency, I think I've learned more about PC's than their collective team. 1st. I ordered a Nintendo lite.apparently it got wrong name and address but i use pay-pal its got the right name and address ive been trying to use their online help i wait a few seconds then i get disconnected. Tomorrow its a face to face meeting
Marina store employees are far too busy for helping customers. Cust service counter guy was on his phone and too busy with that to acknowledge someone's presence. Thankful for Amazon
can't even get them on the phone number listed as current, half the time it says that the # is no longer working, and the other half of the time it rings through to voicemail! Not sure what that is about, but not professional for sure
I HAVE NOW WAITED 6 HOURS ON A SATURDAY FOR A SERVICE AND HE NEVER SHOWED. I WAS HUNG UP ON, WAITED HOURS LISTENING TO MUSIC, TOLD I CANT GET ANYONE FOR ANOTHER 6 DAYS AND THAT THE DRIVER TURNED AWAY WHEN COULD NOT FIND MY HOME - NO CALLS TO ME, NO SERVICE TRUCK IN DRIVEWAY, SO NOT SURE HOW THAT HAPPENED. SO MUCH FOR ELITE GEEK SQUAD SERVICE I PAID FOR! I AM SOOOOO BUMMED I EVER PURCHASED FROM BEST BUY. WISHING I NEVER WALKED INTO STORE.
My salesperson, AJ, was amazing! I bought the Breville Toaster Oven w/air fry and dehydrator. AJ knew the product in and out and spent time explaining all of the features to me. He rocks!
