So I came in to pick up an order I placed online and had to wait for 15 min while there was only 1 customer service staff assisting a customer, 3 staff standing in the corner and chatting about a game and 2 geek squad members standling around looking at us on line. Common sense says: greet, show appreciation for our patience and if its taking longer for the only customer service person to get to the next customer due to an issue, then find someone to help!!!
