I purchased a Kenwood flat screen stereo yesterday and today it's already not working and I'm on my way back to Best Buy. So I'm not very happy
Recently went in to purchase a new phone on my Verizon service was promised a 100$ a Month savings by switching to AT&T. TOTALLY FALSE. Ended up paying $500 in new accessories AND fees to save $8 a month. His name was Kyle. Ridiculous! For the past 4 years I made a special trip to Best Buy to buy our new phones. I purchased a LG dryer on 10-27 and we had it set up to delivery on 11-1. They did not delivery just gave me excuses and put me off until 11-05. I will never ever use Best Buy delivery service again. I wanted to go and get it myself but they told me it was sent to the warehouse. They really do not even get a star. They should get a minus 5 star review. Floyd Albritton of Naples, Fl.
