They never answer the phone.. the automatic phone hangs up on you.. ( hung up on me 4 times!!!) terrible customer service!

Knew I was visiting from Iowa, GUARANTEED delivery and setup yesterday, and failed to deliver (after prepayment). How can this business or its corporate office allow such fraudulent sales pitches? #BestBuy
