They never answer the phone.. the automatic phone hangs up on you.. ( hung up on me 4 times!!!) terrible customer service!

Purchased a $1000 iRobot Roomba on Saturday after being assured that it will not go on sale. Price went down $300 today and they won’t price match. Their call center is useless. If they won‘t match, it is going back tomorrow.

Knew I was visiting from Iowa, GUARANTEED delivery and setup yesterday, and failed to deliver (after prepayment). How can this business or its corporate office allow such fraudulent sales pitches? #BestBuy
