After 1 hour and 20 minutes, my pals of BEST BUY at Highwoods Preserve Parkway Tampa, Florida could help me with this WEIRD ISSUE, they said: "WE'VE NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THAT BEFORE" I wanna thank every member staff for their help and Mr. Dylan for his patience and professionalism. My new Samsung CURVED UHDTV is on it's way to my home this weekend. Ps. I bought this tv and when I turned it on for the first time, it appeared those weird lines on my screen. I came here to my my laptop fixed by Geek Squad. They took over two weeks to fix it and when I went to pick it up it was still broken. They told me they need at least another two weeks to actually fix it. When I confronted management about this they were very rude and told me to "simply buy another laptop" even though my laptop is less than six months old. If it wasn't for the insurance that I previously purchased I would have took my laptop to another place that could actually fix it and not ship it around the country wasti... read more
