Best Buy has not delivered my one of two TVs that I purchased and the one that I took home does not work!!! Two hours and a half on the phone with their resolution is for me to come to the store to change delivery address— something they can’t do on the phone!!! Delivery date came and went and still zero tv!! Best Buy can’t deliver on delivery and still no call!!

Came to but a tv and waited over an hour and had 4 employees walk by me and none asked if I needed assistance or help. No wonder people are buying on amazon more. The service at the store is horrible I guess only when you are dressed profesional or they see you grabbing a box they want to help. I will make sure that none of my friends come to this Best Buy. Even when I approached an employee to ask about a sup or manager they said give me a minute and walked away. You lost a customer.

Do not buy appliances with Best Buy. I have spent numerous hours having to follow up with the store and corporate to deliver my refrigerator and cook top with no satisfaction. I continue to get the run around with reps telling me that someone will call me back and they don’t. To give you some perspective I purchased all new appliances on 7/2 with majority of them being delivered on 7/10. Since then I’ve been told twice that the refrigerator and cook top being delivered. I have an apple appointment for 2 lol the guy says hello to everyone but me. Smh. Must not know who I am. Then I stand there and he just keeps walking past. Then goes to help someone who came in after me smh. This area has gone down hill. Now I see why everyone says go to the Wesley Chapel or Brandon store.

Inept argumentative and rude. Especially the manager Sharon. Over 48 hours after canceling my installation the manager was unaware that The cancellation had even occurred and was unable to reschedule me and was trying to have me in line behind everyone else. She would not make a phone call or apologize and was accusatory.

another experience with incompetence. walk in the door, stack of air fryers labeled 39.99. Big label right on top of the stack. take it to the register... oh this isnt the one one sale. I wanted the fryer so I paid the full price but I've had numerous events like this there.

I bought a very expensive television about 3 months ago. Along with it I bound a receiver and a blue-ray. It all worked for about two months. Called Geek Squad. They came out about three days later. Asked if the part that was ordered arrived. I said no. They said they would have to reschedule. All in all, about 10 days to get it up and running. Two weeks later, same issue. Now they are saying it will take another 5 days to get somebody out here to look at it and then see what they have to do. NOT RIGHT! NOT RIGHT! NOT RIGHT!... read more

I was told I needed Direct TV and they would give me one month free trial period, it was only a week free trial period. My friends later explained where just having internet & net flix would be the deal I needed. We're still checking it out but it has to be better than paying over $200...
