Extremely rude manager at the Best Buy in Elyria..a woman whose answer was I cannot do anything to help you even though her sales associate made a HUGE mistake...what a class act this woman was and Best Buy should be really proud to have this woman represent them in such a RUDE and disrespectful way!
Que in electronics was a great example of what customer service should be. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. He let us make our decision and did not pressure us into a purchase we would later regret. Of course we did make a rather large purchase but it was of our own accord. To bad he won't make commission...sad, he really should have.
