Great customer service!!! I’m having a remote start installed, and my sound system reinstalled. I was quoted a price, paid it, scheduled my appointment, then realized other parts were needed to complete the install. Vinny from Best Buy, made sure I had the parts available, and did not charge me any extra charges. I have never been so impressed with customer service in my life.
We were told that if we preordered the S10+ we would receive free ear buds. March 8th came and only one of the two phones we PREORDERED showed up... The Samsung REP himself submitted my receipt for the free ear buds and it was denied for too blurry of a picture. I resubmitted a picture and was denied again because my purchase was not made within the pre order date. We were lied to and deceived by every single one of the employees. We bought into the whole preorder Galaxy S10+. A big joke... was lied to by store employee and didnt receive what was promised. Tried to contact store manager had no luck. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
For the third time, I have gone to a department in this store. Stood around for in excess of 20 minutes and found that I was completely ignored by the sales staff. Not that they were already busy with customers. Three were deep in conversation about last night's activities, while another was deep in Facebook and his Red Bull, while on the sales floor. I sure am glad I'm not a Shareholder in this company. If it's happening so often to me, I'm likely not the only one unable to make a purchase here...
Just wanted to say thanks again to Morley and Samia for making our washer/dryer purchase so easy a few weeks ago. Great deal, service and people all the way thru the on time delivery. We got our new microwave and toaster oven today with the rewards we earned on our purchase. Highly recommend shopping here for your appliances. We had a great experience all around. Keep up the good work!
The music and movie selections sucked. I was very disappointed. We were looking for a three scores to movies that they did not have.
How do I get hold of a general manager, or district manager? I have been shopping with Best Buy for over two decades and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at your stores. Most recently purchased a washer and a dryer at your Elyria, Ohio location. Took a couple of hours in the store before everything was finalized and delivery scheduled.
