Went in to get my daughter a computer for homeschooling. The sales associate was friendly but didn't know much about the computers other than what he could read on the tag. Process went well. Ordered the Chromebook but then had to return because it wasn't compatible with homeschooling software.

Walked the store at least 3 times, never received any help, tried asking and was ignored. Stock either not visible on shelves or unable to see if in stock elsewhere.

Went in to buy a tablet and the salesman was very helpful. After the tablet and cover purchase we also bought a set of headphones. I have never had a bad experience here!

Managers making a trespassing for us not to be able to eat in this area and not even being very considerate and very disrespectful to me and disrespectful to my father and everybody and where do the employees buy. How Best buy employees call making customers not to be able to eat and they put trespassing on you and you can't be able to eat in the areas as well you can't even eat you can't even drink or you can even do Walmart shopping this is ridiculous

These guys are just great. Coming from VA Beach where it's terrible, this one is just different. They love to help, young and know what they are doing!
