This location is very nice. .Everything is laid out very neatly . Basically laid out just like all of the other . Employees at this location were great . The ones I was in contact with were awesome !
Bought on line for in store P.U. good prices good quality but waiting 15 minutes for someone to get my stuff is ridiculous. Man the pu counter at all times. We already paid show some respect to people that keep you in business. Spen 1800+ not 20 bucks

Sebastian installed my new car stereo and did a great job. He explained everything thoroughly and credited the components that I didn’t need. He was also on time, friendly and had a great attitude. Employees like Sebastian is the reason why I would come back to Best Buy in Harrisonburg, even if I have to pay a few extra bucks.
