I called the Bismarck BB to check on a new S8 phone for a carrier change. "$200 off if you activate here" Okay!! Yeah, you can get a sim card for your other phone, we can do it all!! So, got my financial advisor, jumped in the truck and made the 60 mi trip. Can you imagine my surprise, "We don't do that here." Hm...the good lady I just spoke to said you did. Dont ever buy anything from this store I purchased a Samsung note 9 from here. Had antenna issues less then 30 days after buying. With in stores warranty. They did nothing. Gave me new sim card. Didn't fix the problem. On 5th time guy gives me Samsung number. Contact samsung. Samsung admitts that there is antenna problem and told me to take my phone back to this location to get fixed or a new phone. And the store says we can't do anything for you. The car audio installers at Best Buy Bismarck, ND are legit. They did a wonderful job outfitting my car with Apple Carplay and did a perfect job replacing the OEM Aux and USB ports in my dash. My car is looking good! Thanks Best Buy!
Best black Friday deals around! Tons of selection and multiple checkout made it fast and simple.
When I bought appliances & asked about my $600.00 rebate the salesman told me he submitted it automatically for me. When I checked on it later they said there was no record if it and that I should have done it myself. The General Manager Chris in Bismarck said there was nothing he could do about it. I will never shop there again because they can't be trusted.
