Terrible customer service, the manager Kenny I've never seen anything like him, the worst manners I've ever seen, and a pathological liar. would never set foot in the Bismarck Best Buy again!!
i wish we had a different electronics store in Bismarck. This one is a joke.
I have been trying to get my phone fixed for almost 2 months and trying to get google to help has been no help! I have been in there 4 times to find out they (best buy) was suppose to warranty my phone according to google! I have spent thousands there and I was told I can sell you a phone by the day manager. I have told everyone I know do NOT SHOP HERE. Go else where. they don't care once they have your money they are done under my name alone there is probably a dozen phones under me.
Best Buy missed out on a huge sale because they can’t manually enter debit/credit cards. Won’t be buying my electronics from them anymore.
For starters, best buy could NOT charge my credit card again 4 months after having made an in store purchase!!!! Scam artists!!! Now not able to get anyone on the phone to get my money back!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
A little guy by the name of Sanders that works over in the Geek Sqaud is the BEST! He helped my hubby and I with our laptops and was so polite and patient!! I would love to see more young people like this!! He is a keeper Best Buy!!
Absolute lazy staff that has zero ambition to make a sale or even know the product. The guy answering the phone told to me "take it up with corporate" when I asked about having an item set aside so my wife didnt have to go searching through the store.
