I was told that Best Buy would be open for the midnight (Oct 12) release of Call of Duty Black Ops 4. I preordered it and got a text message at 11:25pm that my game was ready to pick up. I walked over at midnight and the store was closed. I specifically went the store on Tuesday, ahead of time, to ask in person if this store was going to participate in the midnight release. Terrible experience. Tried to return an item 16 days after purchased. In box, NEVER opened. Apparently there’s a 15 day return policy that’s stated NO WHERE on my receipt.
