They don’t answer their phones, so zero customer service. They didn’t list if any items were missing from an open box purchase I made, and when you call to try a talk to a human to have the issue fixed, the wait time is stated as 3 mins, I’ve now been on hold for over 30mins. Had ordered it online for same day pick up at 2pm and they gave a 2hr window, get to the store at 7pm and it still wasn’t ready.

Never gonna buy here again after today .Ordered a TV yesterday to be delivered on DEC 9th a week away from now. Saw it for $40 less and they will not cancel the order or even price match. Called and then went to the store and they could not care less. Spent a thousand dollars there on appliances and now they will lose my account and my future business. A disgrace. They say computer wont let them cancel. WHAT?

Bought a computer that crapped out after using it 3 times. Was originally told there was a 90 day warranty so repairs would be covered. Once repair cost was estimated, all of a sudden there was no 90 day warrranty. @bestbuy paid 650 bucks for a sound sound dosent work out the box bring it back and ur customer service sucks never again will I spend money in ur store !!

Horrible experience -they wouldn't take a return from a month ago w a receipt! They recommended the wrong product, so now I'm stuck with something I can not use, only thing they would let me exchange for something on the spot. Horrible way to treat a customer that has purchased all her products there, over many years. Plus, all I wanted to do was use the return to make my Best Buy Credit card bill. I was condescended by 2 different people one of them being the assistant manager, but he should not be managing anything. He cam... read more

Best Buy is a big con job. Had a problem with a camera and they charged a lot of money for a repair that Canon would have done for free. Will not go back to a Best Buy again...
