Today I brought my IPhone to be looked at by the Geek Squad. Eddie Cooney, Consultation Agent, helped me to bring my phone back from the brink of death. I am very grateful for his help, as I am technically challenged, so to speak, lol. Thank you, Eddie!

Go to a different location. I went in to buy a printer with money in hand. I was greeted and asked what I was looking for and was directed back to the printers. That was the last time anyone asked if they could help. Sales people were standing around trying out different items but no one came back to the printers, although several walked by and looked at me, but kept going.

Buyer beware!! We bought a $1500 refrigerator and it was scheduled to be delivered on Wed. between 8 - Noon. I took off work and cleaned out old refrigerator and when I called at 9:30 that morning to see what time they would deliver, I was told my order had been changed to "reschedule" status on Monday but they could not tell me why nor did anyone ever call to advise. When I went to store to find out what happened, all they could do was apologize and offer $200 gift card. $300 in lost wages and another $200 in lost food late... read more

I had to buy I new Blu Ray Player. While I was looking, a Best Buy associate just happened to be in the aisle and was asking me questions about my needs. He directed me to exactly what I wanted and needed.

Thought I was getting an amazing deal on a "returned item" sony tv. Took it home and turned it on, screen is cracked!��� Taking it back tomorrow, hopefully they will make this right. Edit: Excellent customer service when I went back. Very happy �

Worst place for customer service. Worst place to call because they never answer phone. Worst return policy ever. Incompetent sales force. Emailing Meagan Stewart is no help either because she does not return emails obviously.
