this place is terrible. employees are socializing more then working smh. Don't even try to call the store you be on the phone for over 30 minutes without no answer smh.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Best Buy I have ever shopped at. Dealt with two so called managers (SOHIE & KATO). Most unproffesssional individuls and truly can not understand how these two can hold a management position. Beside the ghetto attuite and lack to provide services with a good attuite. The first words out of these to ladies mouths were no, I can't, try other store, nothing positive. When to Atlantic Terminal @7:57 and was trying to get an answer from one of your customer assistants. Before I could ask a question he motioned me to another rep and walked away. When I asked her she just pointed in the direction of the it. When I asked for the manager, the response was "Manager?" I Guess that the store is unmanageable! Customer Assistants need to be re-trained. I received assistance from one individual who was the only person assisting customers. #Shame on your management!!
I can't believe they only had one person on the customer service counter. You should have more people and I saw something online go to the store and they don't have it. Why wasn't it stated so I wouldn't have wasted my time. Then I was told I could order it in store but never could ask that question cause the line was slow in the first place and other people that was on the line before come back now I gotta wait longer. Got frustrated and left. Your customer service here at the Brooklyn store is lousy.
